This section sets forth www.playzia.in Terms and Conditions of sale. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

General Terms

Playzia Store India carries many of the products that are displayed on our website. In some cases, merchandise on our website may be out of stock or may be discontinued without notice.
Our current manufacturing lead-times average 2 Working days from the customer’s order date for customised Products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from the customer’s order date. This is dependent upon several factors, including, but not restricted to: Item Quantity, Item Size/Weight, Location, & Current Stock Levels at the time of purchase. After Dispatch, it takes 3-7 days for delivery, and it depends on the Area pin codes.
All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in INR, are valid and effective only in the continental INDIA.
Some of our products have been photographed with electronic equipment and other Home decor Products. Electronic equipment and other Home Decor Products are not included with the product purchase.

Sales Items

Sales item orders cannot be canceled. Sales items are final sales and may not be returned. No price adjustments are given on or due to prior sales.

Order Cancellations

We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or custom-cut items past 5 hours after order placement.
We cannot accept cancellations on custom-made, custom-finished items or custom artwork designs. This includes, but is not limited to, custom names and other custom text.
All purchases are made to order and can not be refunded or cancelled due to the time and resources allocated to the fulfillment of that item.
